Consumption of foods containing tryptophan.
To be able to sleep soundly, your body requires a substance called tryptophan. Tryptophan function produces serotonin that can relax the nerves in the brain centers. If brain has to relax, you can sleep easily. You can eat low carbohydrate foods such as biscuits, muffins and fruit.
Herbal Tea
With a cup of herbal tea before bed, it will also help you to sleep soundly. Avoid beverages containing caffeine such as coffee, chocolate and soft drinks.
Time To Meal
Interval of time to eat with sleep that too close is not good for your body’s metabolism. You can go sleep after two hours from the last meal at night. In this way, you can maintain your weight, because sleep after a big meal will save a lot of fat. If you are really hungry at night, you can choose wheat cereal mixed with milk. Then you can go to sleep after one hour from eating these foods.
