Beware : Virus Attack !

This time we’ll talk about the virus. What do you think about the virus? The virus one of the most horrible things in the world of health for me. Until now the virus is still difficult to be killed by using drugs. The most appropriate way to deal with this virus is by preventing our body from the virus. Increasing endurance of the body is one way to prevent the outbreak of the virus and disease. The following tips will help you to improve endurance of the body, in order to avoid virus attacks and disease, especially at the turn of the season.
1. Nutritious Food
Improve your diet. Eating foods that contain nutrients, especially vegetables and fruits. Make sure the food that you eat is cooked hygienic and clean. If you feel the daily diet is not adequate nutritional needs, you can consume a supplement vitamin as a solution.
2. Sports
Regular exercise can increase your endurance. You can do exercise every day, or at least 2 times a week.
3. Avoid Stress
Avoid stress. You must face each problem that arises with positive thinking.
4. Adequate Rest
With the adequate rest, your metabolism will run well and increases endurance. So you will be spared from the virus attacks and disease.
