Altek launched their cameraphone product that called Altek T8680, with a 12 megapixel camera. The Altek T8680 cameraphone is not only focused on the camera but also other features. That makes Altek 8680 is a cellphone with many functions.

Altek T8680 has a 12 megapixel camera with 3x pop-out zoom lens that is a typical digital camera lens, ISO with a range from 80 to 3200, touch focus, a variety of scenes and shooting modes, the expression detector, and equipped with a small xenon flash to make any subject Brighten. No matter how much power the resolution, because for some people it does not mean anything. But used the T8680 Altek you can see the pictures from your cellphone through a mere 3-inch WQVGA LCD screen. Because of Altek 8680 only cameraphone that has tri-band GSM / EDGE support, so you cannot directly send huge image files via email from your phone.

This Taiwan’s products are also equipped many features, including VGA video, playback MP3, AAC files, Bluetooth A2DP, USB, built-in radio tuner, TV port, PictBridge, DPOF local connectivity and of course Altek also makes calls. Available in China marketed in August or early September with price around of $ 439. Time for overseas marketing is still unknown.
