Fruits have many benefits for health and beauty. Fruit contains vitamins are very good for the body’s metabolism. You must be careful in choosing fresh fruit. Well, to make no mistake when choosing fresh fruit, the tips below will help you.
Apples
To get a fresh apple you can do by some ways. Try to hit fruit with your fingers. If it sounds loud, then the fruit is still fresh, crispy and juicy. However, if it sounds heavy, it means the fruit is not fresh and the water dried. Press the apple, if it is not hard and not fragrant smell, meaning the fruit was not fresh anymore.
Grapes
Fresh grapes are a fruit that still attached to the stem. Notice the thickness of the skin. If the skin is thin, it has a lot of water content in the fruit. Do not select the grapes that are mushy and wrinkled.
Melon
For the melon, you can select the fruit with a fresh skin and not mushy. The sweet melon usually filled with prominent veins on the surface of skin.
Oranges
A fresh citrus fruit is marked with rind that is not smooth and spots. Try to plug your fingernail into the middle of citrus fruit, if it feels soft, that is meaning the fruit still fresh.
Watermelon
To choose a fresh watermelon, you can do by tapping it with a finger. If the sound resonates, it means the fruit is good. The ripe watermelon has yellowish stalks. If the stalks are white, it means the fruit still raw.
