Some tips below, I hope can help you to achieve year-end holiday which memorable with your families.

1. Specify a place for vacation.

Vacation destination that you choose usually will affect the amount of money you will spend. Go abroad, of course, the costs will different with inside the country. Choose holiday according to your character. If you like the mountains, look for resorts that do have a lot of hills and mountains. If you like the beach, look for vacation spot with beautiful beaches. But remember, sometimes your favorite place is not necessarily a favorite of other family members. To overcome these differences, make sure that the vacation spot you choose according to your character and family, so you take out costs are not wasted.

2. Prepare a budget of vacation.

You must calculate how much roughly you need to finance such a vacation. There are several things you should carefully calculated, including the cost of transportation, accommodation expenses, cost of meals and drinks during the holidays, the cost of visiting attractions and shopping as well as the cost to buy souvenirs. If you can count these five things well, you will not be difficult to prepare the money. Do not until you spend more money than the cost should be.

I was one who fell in love with the mountain bike events, especially Cross Country (XC). If you also like cycling activities and planned to buy a bike. I recommend that you do a little research - such as the scale of what bike would you buy. So that you do not regret having bought. The first thing to understand there are several types of bikes based on their use.

City Bike
This type of bike used exclusively in urban streets or smoothly street. This bike is not designed to overcome the bump, so do not give a suspension.

Cross Country ( XC )
This type of bike is designed for lightweight cross country. This bike can be used on urban streets to rural streets. This type of bike is also equipped with the front suspension to absorb light collisions.

All Mountain
This type of bike is designed for cross country / off road with heavy terrain, up and down the rocky hill and explore the woods. This type of bike generally has a front and rear suspension.

Down Hill
This type of bike is designed to provide safety and comfort for the rider down the hill at a high speed. This bike is always stable when sliding down the hill and can maneuver safely and quickly. This bicycle wheels also have a wide contact area with the road surface so that a larger friction wheel. This bike is not convenient use on the urban streets or XC as riders will more quickly tired because of the big wheel contact area.

If you have a phobia or fear to travel in the aircraft. There are some simple tips you can use so that you do not feel tense or stress during your flight.

  • Ask the flight attendant to warm beverages free-caffeine, to make your flight comfortable. Avoid beverages containing caffeine, because the drink contains caffeine which will cause a feeling of suspense and diuretic.
  • Sitting with comfortable position. Order your favorite food that available in the menu.
  • Listen to your favorite music from your favorite artist or play your favorite movies.
  • Create a conversation with a friend or the person next to you, so you do not feel bored during your trip.
  • When the plane you are in transit, rather than sitting in the waiting room you will be better run - along the airport.
  • Do not think about bad things that you read in the newspaper or see on television about the many aircraft accidents occur.

If you do the things above, would reduce the feeling of your stress and tense during your air travel. Enjoy your flight!
