Choosing The Wrong Location For a Meal Can Make You Fat

Did you know, obesity was not solely caused by the type of foods you eat, but the location where you eat can also affect health. The dining table is the best choice as a location for eating, but sometimes because of busyness make you eat anywhere. In fact the wrong location to eat will affect your weight and indigestion. So as not to be fat, you should avoid eating ways are wrong like the following:
1. Kitchen
The kitchen is the perfect place to store food stock, but it is a bad place to dine. Eat in the kitchen will encourages you to enter any food into your mouth there. Thus you accumulate a lot of calories.
2. Office
Usually people who work in office find a lot of temptations regarding food. Arriving at the office, you are tempted to eat donuts or other free food, because there may be a friend have the birthday. Or maybe there are remaining cakes of meetings that look delicious to eat. Not to mention the other foods that boss or client brought. You are not aware that you consume more calories from these foods.
3. Sidelines of Busyness
Eating hurry when you on busy activities can make you do many activities with stomach filled. But this habit giving a negative effect on your health. Besides consuming more calories, by eating at rush hour, eating hurry can make your stomach heat and disrupt the digestive system.
4. In Dark Place
People who like to eat usually choose a place with dim or dark lighting. Increasingly dim, the more uncontrollable desire to eating. If you are not avoid this habit, be prepared to become fat quickly.
5. Eating In Front of The Screen
Avoid eating in front of a computer or television screen. Watch television whiles snacking, make you eat a snack without thinking, and without making body movements to burn calories. Thus your body will gets fat quickly.
