Guide Your Baby to Get a Quality Rest Time !

Babies will grow up with healthy and fun if they have a high quality rest time. To make them get a quality of sleep, you can start by setting an appropriate sleep schedule for them. The number of rest hours for the baby depends on their age. Each age has a different break schedule.
1 Week
For babies aged 1 week or less than 1 month, they need a rest or sleep for 16 hours. The division of time is 8 hours of sleep at noon and 8 hours at night.
1 – 3 Month
At the age of 1 month, babies need time to rest for 15 hours. The division of time is 7 hours at noon and 8 hours at night. Meanwhile, if the baby at the age of 3 months, resting time ratio needs to be changed, 5 hours rest at noon and 10 hours at night.
6 – 9 Month
At the age of 6 to 9 months, babies have a high quality rest time for 14 hours. They have the number of rest hours for 3 hours at noon and 11 hours at night.
12 months (1 year)
At the age of 12 months, the babies have the amount of quality rest time for 13 hours. With the division of time, 2 hours to rest at noon and 11 hours at night.
