Hold the ankles with your hand and spin clockwise and back again. Do this exercise about 5 times. You can do this for both of your legs. And then rotate your toes with your fingers too, to improve blood circulation to your feet.

Buy good fitting shoes which are comfortable for you, and avoid heels as far as you can.

Waxing is a better option than shaving. But if you got to shave your legs, use lot of moisturizer to avoid razor rashes.

8. Massage With Natural Oil

Take a several minutes to massage your legs with natural oil. You can use coconut oil or olive oil to massaging your legs everyday before shower.

9. Wash Use Natural Homemade scrub

You can make your legs pretty and smoothly use squeeze juice of one fresh lemon and mix it with a little sugar and scrub gently. Wash it with cool water.
