For women, a healthy vagina is a vagina with no complaints and problems, not itchy, and there is no inflammation or irritation. 1. Choose the right underwear.

Choose underwear made of cotton. Don’t choose underwear with a tight type, because it can trigger vaginal moisture and surrounding areas. Don’t wear the stockings with a model which covers all parts of your ass. Because stockings can also trigger your intimate area moisture.

2. Change the panty liners regularly.

Change your panty liners every 2 hours. It is important you do, to avoid contact between the liquid of vagina with skin around your intimate area, especially those who have a high activity.

3. Cleaned with water.

If you are in the toilet, wash your “Miss V” with water and then dry with tight fibrous tissue. Don’t be too often use soap and a special liquid to clean the vagina. Inside the vagina there is bacteria which have functioned as a fortress. If too often cleaned with soap or a special liquid, the normal bacteria can die and then make the bad bacteria move freely. You can use soap or cleaning fluid vagina whiles bathing in the morning, noon or night. You can do it by the right way with squat position. In this way all the fluids and wastes would be easy to clean.

4. Eat the best food.

You are encouraged to consume fruits and vegetables. Because both are very influential for the health of all your intimate areas. Drink at least 8 glasses of water every day. Because drink water in large amounts will make you urinate. This is very good to flush your urinary tract.

5. Don’t carded.

Avoid the habit of scratching the vagina which itches because of white discharge. If the wound, this intimate area will be more moist and the germs will stay there. You can overcome it with consume vitamins, minerals and zinc. Immediately consult with your doctor if a problem occurs that is not normal, especially if your intimate area wound.
