Dive may be the one activity and hobby that you like most. And of course you do not want to do this hobby or activities without preparation. Tips below may help you to do the dive in a safe and comfortable.
Check Your Equipment
Check carefully and make sure the equipment can work good,
especially equipment that you rent.
Drinking Mineral Water
Drink mineral water as much as possible and as often as possible, even if you do not feel thirsty. Do not until you experience dehydration during a dive.
Join the Diving Course
You can join diving courses to get a lot of knowledge about technical diving and to improve the quality of your dives.
Avoid Dangerous Places
Once you get qualified, do not immediately dive in dangerous places. You still have to learn to know many places that are safe to dive. You need special training to can know what the cave is called the sea floor, or places that can damage the dive.
Medical Examination & Safe Weather
You can do a medical examination and testing pool before making a diving pool. Never go diving alone. Bring along friends to dive with you. Follow the instructions that has given by the person in charge during your dive trip. So, do not disregard them. Make sure that the water temperature and weather conditions safe enough to do the dives. Immediately go along the side of when you hear or see a storm approaching. Do not forget to protect your skin using a waterproof sunscreen that contains at least 15 sun protection factor.
Things You Need To Know
You must recognize the signs of heat exhaustion, characteristics of hypothermia and how to overcome. You can use sunglasses to protect your eyes from Ultraviolet rays.
